Solvent Applications
PanTINT 11
Vinyl Copolymer chip dispersions are in a solution grade vinyl copolymer resin for use in the manufacture of vinyl inks or coatings. PanTINT Vinyl Chip dispersions are also available in solution as ready-to-use inks, UniFILM 54 and PanCRYL 52 HAPS-free.
PanTINT 12
Acrylic chip dispersions for use in solvent borne and radiation cured coatings and inks are based on a unique modified thermoplastic acrylic resin with exceptionally broad compatibility. The carrier resin is readily soluble in ketones, aromatics, esters and glycol ethers for easy incorporation in most high performance solvent borne coatings. It is sufficiently soluble in acrylate monomer to allow their use in UV and EB cured coatings. Typical applications include high performance industrial finishes, automotive OEM and refinish coatings, and cabinet finishes.
Aqueous applications
PanTINT 18
Water Soluble Acrylic chip dispersions can be used to formulate water based inks and coatings which require excellent transparency and gloss. These chips are soluble in aqueous systems at a pH of 9 or higher. Co-solvents such as alcohols may also be used to improve the rate of solution. Typical applications include high performance industrial finishes, automotive OEM and refinish coatings, and cabinet finishes. PanTINT 18 Chip Dispersions are available in chip form or in solution as PanTINT 95 liquid dispersions.
PanTINT Specialty Chip Dispersions
Our specialty chip deispersions are regularly produced in CAB, CAP, Ethyl Cellulose, Epoxy and a variety of other hard resins as required by our customers.
